Thank you for choosing Caballero Photos! These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of your online gallery, image downloads, and any related services. By accessing your gallery, you agree to the following:
1. Personal Use License
All images provided are for personal use only. You may:
- Download and share images for personal use (family, social media, personal prints).
- Print images for personal display.
You may not:
- Sell, license, or commercially use the images.
- Submit images to contests, publications, or advertising without written consent.
2. Copyright & Ownership
- All images remain the copyrighted property of Caballero Photos
- Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license only.
- RAW files will not be provided under any circumstances.
3. Social Media Sharing
- You may share images on social media, but please tag or credit @m.caballerophotos when possible.
- Do not apply heavy filters, cropping, or edits that alter the photographer’s work.
4. Image Delivery & Download
- Final edited images are delivered in high resolution via an online gallery.
- Galleries are active for 30 days from the date of delivery. After expiration, a re-upload fee will apply.
- Download your images before the gallery expires.
5. No Alterations
Clients may not edit, retouch, or manipulate the images beyond standard cropping for print sizes. Adding filters, removing watermarks, or using AI tools to modify images is prohibited.
6. Liability
Caballero Photos is not responsible for:
- Loss of downloaded files after gallery expiration.
- Third-party print quality. (We recommend professional print labs for best results.)
7. Model Release
By booking and participating in the session, you grant Caballero Photos permission to use images for portfolio, social media, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.
